Cutting Edge Homes is a California-based modular home builder and licensed manufacturer with over 20 years of experience. Led by Isaac Lassiter, they serve homeowners, landowners, and developers with custom modular solutions—ranging from fire-rebuilds and ADUs to fullscale single-family homes and multi-family units.
The Challenge
Cutting Edge Homes came to Box Build with a functioning website and an active Google Ads account managed by a previous agency.
